Atlas had built a powerful platform capable of managing increasingly complex operations. But as the product evolved, the experience evolved with it. New capabilities had been added across dashboards, workflows, analytics, and automation—each useful on its own, but increasingly difficult to understand as a whole.
The Approach

We reorganized Atlas around the decisions users make throughout their day—what changed, what matters, and what needs to happen next. Rather than designing isolated screens, we created a modular system that prioritizes signal over noise, surfaces what deserves attention, brings actions closer to decisions through context over navigation, and embraces systems over screens to create flexible patterns that can evolve and scale with the product.
